Why I collect your info
I collect information from you in order to process any orders you make and togain information about your upcoming wedding or event.


I collect your name, address, email, and phone number. For orders I also collect payment details.


For customers of my online shop - I might email you in the future to offer any new products or offers.


If you’d rather not hear from me again, you can get in touch, and I can remove your details from my database. Louise@birchandbloomdesigns.co.uk


For my weddings and events customers – I won’t email you again after your event unless you’ve signed up to my mailing list or if I need to ask for permission to use your wedding photographs.


How else your info might be collected
I may use cookies to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to my website.


You can adjust your browser to block the cookies which stops them being stored on your browser.


The information collected by cookies can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.


Cookies are also used as a way of ensuring your purchasing sessions are secure.


When you go to my website, your visit/IP address will be logged. I can also track what page/product you looked at. The use of this data is strictly for analytical purposes only. This helps me to understand which areas/products are popular. It also tells how many people are visiting the website in total.


I may amend this policy if necessary. If I make any substantial changes in the way I use your personal information I will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
