FAREWELL FLOWERS
Farewell arrangements are a beautiful, personal way to say goodbye to someone we love whilst also celebrating their lives with the beauty of flowers.
My farewell flowers embrace a more natural and sustainable approach to floristry. I don’t use floral foam/green foam in my work but opt for more natural techniques and materials such as moss and chicken wire or twine. This means the floral arrangements I create will degrade over time, making them suitable for those who prefer a greener funeral or a woodland burial.
SEASONAL FLOWERS
I offer a small selection of natural arrangements made with seasonal flowers and foliage sourced from my local growers or sometimes, a bit further afield.
The variety of flowers available during the British growing season (April to October) is plentiful and varied. I can work to a colour scheme and make your tribute with the freshest, most seasonal, scented flowers possible.
During the winter months I use a beautiful selection of evergreen foliage, dried flowers/seed heads and potted plants/bulbs such as paperwhites, hellebores, cyclamen, and primula. These tributes can be made in sections so you can share with family members and plant in your own gardens afterwards.
